Unfortunately due to the discovery nature of Curls Club we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our discovery boxes once they have been shipped. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Shipping takes between 3 - 10 working days and costs £12.70
This is not a tracked service, although it is reliable.

Once your parcel is dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address
Customs import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Although it is extremely rare our boxes are delayed by customs due to their low cost, we advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges. Unfortunately we are unable to to advise you of what this cost will be in advance
If your box doesn't arrive within the allotted time after dispatch, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with our local shipping company. Only once we receive the outcome from our shipping company are we able to take action. *Please inform us within 6 weeks of dispatch if your parcel is yet to arrive, after this time we will be unable to investigate and cannot be held liable
